Barge House - Regents Canal

 

When it comes to brunch at the Barge House it is all about the drool-worthy ‘Breakfast in Bread’. Located on Regents Canal Side, Barge House has a quintessential London-feel. With floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto Regents Canal, Barge House is an absolute dream for those summer-time brunches. ‘Bread in Breakfast’ consists of a scrumptious artisan sourdough loaf with a selection of breakfast favourites tucked in the centre. Choose your bread, and added fillers including their ‘original banger’ with smoked bacon or smoked salmon each topped with free-range egg and sprinkled with cheese. Barge House caters for all needs, with vegetarian and vegan options available.

Barge House serves up Breakfast in Bread all day on Friday – Sunday 10 am -5 pm. Taking booking only at 10 am after which it is first come first serve.

 

What to eat? 

 Smoked Salmon Breakfast in Bread

 Served with smoked salmon, crème fraiche, leeks, tomato, spinach, topped with a free-range egg and sprinkled with cheese. Getting your weekend off to a big start!

#FLOFavourite: Each of their bespoke sourdough loaves is baked by the Better Health Bakery part of the Centre for Better Health, which is a Hackney-based mental health charity. Also, the cucumber and celery green juice drink is ridiculously good.

Mortimer House Kitchen - Fitzrovia

Located in trendy Fitzrovia, Mortimer House Kitchen is the ground floor Mediterranean brassiere for the member’s only work and well-being club. Open to the public Mortimer House Kitchen offers a brunch menu with some old-time favourites, lead by Head Chef Lello Favuzzi. The menu offers traditional dishes like the full English breakfast and is a treat for avocado lovers; offering crushed avocado with a poached egg or smoked ricotta to satisfy those avocado cravings.

 The restaurants open plan offers a cosy place to unwind for a weekend brunch, with an open chefs counter, plenty of indoor greenery, plush sofas sat upon Persian rugs. It also features a chic glassed ceiling conservatory complete with artistic brickwork and creating the perfect ambience. Mortimer House Kitchen is as seriously cool as it’s trendy location and the perfect spot for a chic weekend brunch.

Farm Girl Cafe - Notting Hill

Located on the picturesque Portobello Road, there is nothing we love more than good food and good music – Farm Girl offers all that and more. With a part country-farmhouse and part Bondi-beach vibe, this very stylish Aussie café serves fantastic brunch options with a selection of artisan coffees. Farm Girl has a heavy focus on dairy-free and sustainable food, served up by their team of super friendly staff. Daylesford- Pimlico

Organic-haven Daylesford serves delicious healthy brunches in a venue that oozes country-chic. Their cosy café in the heart of Pimlico serves fresh produce brought from their farm in the Cotswolds. Everything from Daylesford is organic; whether it’s those buttermilk pancakes that you’ve been longing for, an eggs benedict with an energising smoothie, or not-to-be-forgotten the most divine mac and triple cheese – yes, triple – this menu has something for everyone.
