Shipping and Returns
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment (excluding weekends, strikes, public holidays etc.). We are currently fulfilling orders as usual however due to Covid-19 there may be a delay in most deliveries, up to a week after your dispatch email in the UK and longer for European orders. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping Policy
At present we only ship within the UK and Europe.

UK Standard Delivery (3-7 working days): £3.99
Europe/ Channel Islands Standard Delivery: £15
The above costs are estimated for standard sized packages up to 1kg in weight. For larger order (e.g. multiple orders ) and custom orders. For all queries related to your delivery contact theshop@flolondon.co.uk
Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Returns
When returning an item please notify us as soon as possible at theshop@flolondon.co.uk explaining the reason for return. Products must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back. Until items are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refunds will be issued on receipt of items, (excluding the original delivery charge), providing our goods are undamaged. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are not returned in their original condition and or/ if our goods have been damaged after point of sale.
A full refund will be issues up to 28 days of the purchase date if an item is found to be faulty. Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed upon receipt of retuned item. Alternatively we can offer an exchange on any of our items for the same product or products of a similar value (if the original item is no longer available).
In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange.
Custom orders
Exchange and refunds are not offered on custom orders.
Factory seconds and sale items
