Where to eat in Paris
Renowned for its Michelin Star restaurants, legendary chefs, champagne and wines, Paris is a haven for any food lover. It is also the perfect place for those that cherish ambience and atmosphere in a restaurant as equally as the food. Here are some of our favourite places to dine in Paris.
Rivie – Hoxton Hotel
For all-day dining
Like its London counterpart, Rivie at the Hoxton Hotel is a hipsters dream in Paris. With a chic courtyard that oozes style, it is definitely one of the coolest spots in Paris. The Rivie isnamed after Thomas de Revi, who served at the diplomatic advisor to Louis XV. They serve up mainly French food, but with other dishes from around the world, including the humble British Eton Mess . Expect to find dishes such as mushroom tartine with slow-poached duck egg, or their classic burgers and steaks.
#FLOFavourite: The Hoxton Courtyard + Wine, is possibly one of our favourite ways to spend some downtime in Paris. It is so relaxing we could stay all day. Jacques Bar is also great.

For Breakfast
Le Café Marly is located under the arches of the Louvre Palace and offers spectacular views of the Louvre. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a highly scenic and sophisticated setting. Inside the restaurant, you will find stylish yet classic interior design by Olivier Gagnere. Although the restaurant is a bit more expensive than most places in Paris, if you are looking for a good view then you can’t really get much better than this.
#FLOFavourite: A short walk from Le Café Marly is the Tuileries Garden, which is one of our favourite spaces in Paris to wander about.

Monsieur Bleu at Palais de Tokyo
For Lunch and Dinner
With a terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower and a contemporary art gallery adjacent to the restaurant, it’s no surprise that Monsieur Bleu has been dubbed Paris’ ‘trendiest terrace’.Offering elegance and fine dining with exquisitely sophisticated décor, the menu is mostly French bistro classics such as a homemade foie gras, cheeseburgers, French toast served with warm salted butter caramel sauce and a great selection of seafood.
It is the perfect location if you are looking to avoid tourist trap restaurants, whilst at the same time looking to indulge in some art pre- or post-lunch. The restaurant is conveniently located next door to Palais de Tokyo.

Pink Mamma
For Dinner
Pink Mamma is one of the many restaurants in the Big Mamma Group that now owns restaurants all over France and London. Pink Mamma serves up authentic Italian food in the heart of Pigelle. Housed in a pink building and draped in greenery, Pink Mamma is spread over four floors, each floor with variations in décor. In our opinion, the top floor is the place to be with hanging greenery and floral fixtures – it’s stunning.
Whilst Pink Mamma is known for their T-Bone steaks, worry not veggie friends as they have plenty of tasty vegetarian dishes. We recommend arriving early they usually get quite busy, but they arguably have some of the best pizzas in town, so it’s well worth waiting for.
#FLOFavourite: The Big Mamma Group have two trendy restaurants in London, giving Londoners a taste of authentic Italian food. Gloria located in Shoreditch and the newest edition, Circolo Popolare located in Fitzrovia.

Set in a tranquil corner of Saint-Germain the restaurant is located in the courtyard of Ralph Lauren’s flagship store and imitates its classic elegant style with brown leather chairs, dark wood-panelled walls, tartan cushions, tables complete with pretty red roses and classical music echoing in the background. Ralph’s is an all American affair; expect beef and veggie burgers, ranch steaks and a selection of seafood dishes alongside a variety of salads. For dessert, you can choose from a selection of New York-style cheesecakes and classic brownies. If the food doesn’t impress, the beautiful timeless setting certainly will.
