The Mandrake Hotel is offering morning meditation sessions, providing Londoners with the perfect way of finding some serenity amongst the hustle and bustle. The meditation sessions take place on their exotic terrace gardens that is brimming with Tasmanian tree ferns, jasmine and passionflowers tumbling down. The floral haven provides a calming atmosphere that will have you forgetting that you are actually just minutes from a busy Oxford Street.
The 30-minute sessions are led by Catherine Turner and will lead you to a place of physical and mental calm, enabling you to start your day focused. The meditation is followed by a breakfast from the Mandrake’s restaurant, YOPO. Note, the breakfast is optional and you can just book the mediation session.

What to wear?
Essentially, wear what makes you feel comfortable – definitely avoid wearing anything really tight-fitting. Think leggings, a vest or a loose t-shirt.
