With an aim to ‘change the way Italian food is experienced in the UK’, Sugo are shaking up the London food scene with their Italian street food. With a menu that features authentic Italian ingredients, Sugo bring a taste of the glorious streets of Rome and Palermo to London Bridge's new street food hub, Vinegar Yard. Dishing up scrumptious food from a converted vintage truck, expect to find their signature pocket ciabatta bread oozing with delicious Italian recipes. From delicious meatballs smothered in Parmesan, pesto chicken with marinated zucchini to broccoli slow-cooked in garlic with sun-dried tomatoes. If you’re not a fan of bread, fear not, you can still indulge in these delightful fillings in a salad box served with brown rice. Not to be outdone by their signature mains, they serve tasty sides including mushroom arancini and chickpea fries topped with parmesan and truffle. A delicious combination, we know!
