Drumsheds to launch its most ambitious season yet in September
Drumsheds have announced their most ambitious season to date, featuring over 20 major events and more than 100 leading artists from September to December 2024.
The eagerly awaited third season of Drumsheds is set to be the biggest yet, promising an exceptional array of events over the course of four months. This season will showcase over 20 prominent music brands and more than 100 artists, aiming to exceed all expectations. World-renowned names such as Defected, Rinse FM, The Streets, Honey Dijon, and The Chemical Brothers will perform at Drumsheds’ expansive 608,000 sq ft warehouse. The venue, a key fixture in London’s music and cultural landscape, will once again transform its three club rooms—X, Y, and Z—into immersive spaces designed to deliver some of the year’s most unforgettable performances.
The season launches on September 28th with Defected celebrating 25 years in house music. The event will feature an impressive lineup across Drumsheds’ rooms, including MK, Green Velvet, and Sam Divine, alongside a disco showcase from Glitterbox and emerging talent from the new ‘D4 Dance’ sub-label. Later in the season, Hydra will host three unique events, including a special night with Honey Dijon and her ‘House Nation’ brand. Also coming to DrumSheds this season is Jamie Jones’ Paradise party, along with the grand Halloween weekend collaboration with Elrow and Boomtown Festival, offering a fusion of immersive theatrical experiences and high-energy electronic music.
Drumsheds’ 2024 season will feature a diverse mix of genres beyond electronic music. Highlights include a debut indoor festival by City Splash celebrating African and Caribbean sounds, performances by the British orchestra Aurora Orchestra, and grime star Giggs. The season will culminate with False Idols’ grand return on November 30th, featuring Jessie Ware and a stellar lineup of DJs. With such a varied and dynamic programme, DrumSheds continues to cement its status as a premier destination for exceptional live music experiences.
