Christmas comes four months early as DesignMyNight presents The Mistletoe Mixer at Merchant House, a playful and kitsch two-week festive pop-up hidden behind a secret toilet door. Set against the backdrop of retro décor, eggnog cocktails, and non-stop Christmas hits, this unique event offers a nostalgic escape in the heat of August. Located in the heart of the City, this whimsical retreat rewinds the clock with a playlist of classics from Slade, Shakin' Stevens, and Wham!,
DesignMyNight’s Mistletoe Mixer is not just another pop-up; it’s the first of its kind to grace London in the summer. The hidden bar, concealed behind an unassuming toilet door, adds an element of surprise and exclusivity. With Christmas enthusiasts planning their festivities earlier each year, this innovative event caters to those who simply can't get enough of the holiday spirit. Curated by experiential event specialist EDNAEDNA, and featuring cocktails designed in-house by the Merchant House team, the pop-up promises a memorable experience with drinks such as the eggnog-inspired 'Keep your change, ya filthy Flip!' and the peppermint Champagne 'It’s a beaut, Clark! It’s a flute!'.

Operating from Thursday 1st August until Saturday 17th August, the Mistletoe Mixer offers ticketed sessions from 5 pm until midnight. Group experience bookings are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, offering exclusive use of the space for 150 minutes, with options to add cheese and charcuterie boards. General tickets for Thursday to Saturday sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, providing ample time to soak in the festive atmosphere and savour the creatively crafted cocktails!
