Valentine's Day is looming but with lockdown still in full force, we can’t let coronavirus dampen our romantic spirits. There are still plenty of ways you can bring some joy to the day of love, be that with your partners, with friends or even family. Is there a better way to celebrate than with a slap up meal? We think not.

COYA Valentine’s At Home

#FLODown: COYA has collaborated with lifestyle brand BYREDO to offer a delightful rose-inspired Peruvian Valentine’s feast, which also includes a gift of BYREDO’s Rose Hand Wash! 

This luxury ‘finish at home’ menu features an indulgent four course sharing menu bursting with South American flavours. It includes ceviche, Chilean wagyu sirloin and lobster and a rose-shaped dessert. There are also rose-infused cocktails and Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne! Click here for the full menu.

At Home by Myristica

#FLODown: Myristica Supper Club is offering the ultimate contemporary Caribbean dining experience this Valentine's Day with their Lovers Rock menu.

The menu consists of a four-course tasting menu: a bread course, starter, dessert, and petit fours. It includes Pickapeppa braised short-rib beef (cod loin is available too), scotch bonnet gel, fried plantain and pink fir potatoes. For dessert there is a delicious Jamaican ginger cake chocolate fondant with a rum crème analgise.

It also comes with a bottle of prosecco and a little extra something from the Myristica kitchen for you to enjoy in the morning. They also have some seriously good jerk chicken meal kits, which come with cooked rice and peas and fried plantain.

Valentine’s with Drake and Morgan

#FLODown: Drake and Morgan is offering up a gorgeous Valentine’s Day dinner with Laurent-Perrier. Their three-course meal includes a whipped duck liver parfait with sourdough bread and pickles to start, a 32-day aged chateaubriand with confit potatoes and all the trimmings for mains, and to finish it off a heart-shaped chocolate ganache dessert. There is also the option to add one of their ‘Puppy Love’ pet boxes which includes a bottle of prosecco for you, ‘pawsecco’ for your four-legged friend, and delicious brownie treats for both you and your pup. #FLODown: Krispy Kreme is getting in on the Valentine’s Day action with their affordable, limited-edition Love Creation Kits. And we love them! The kits feature two heart-shaped doughnuts with a sherbet creme filling and two of their classic original glazed ring doughnuts.

To decorate your doughnuts you’ll get some lemon and strawberry icing along with rainbow sprinkles, mini sugar paste hearts and two message plaques inspired by Love Hearts sweets.
