Retroglow fitness at One Hundred Shoreditch
#FLODown: One Hundred Shoreditch has partnered with Retroglow Studios to bring a choice of two fun fitness classes followed by a delicious brunch on their rooftop each Sunday throughout January. Retroglow has been creating upbeat, colourful and inclusive retro fitness and dance classes in East London since 2018. You can choose from two of their signature 55-minute classes, 90s LIIT & Stretch or 80s Power Ballad Pilates. The classes take place in One Hundred Room, which features panoramic views of the city with its floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect setting to get you feeling pumped. Following the class, you can head to The Rooftop and treat yourself to a mouth-watering brunch, with dishes including Smashed Avocado on Sourdough with Poached Eggs and Harissa, Potato Rosti with Smoked Salmon, Keta and Chives or French Toast with Roasted Peaches and Mascarpone.
