Get ready for two fabulous floral festivals taking over London next week. The highly anticipated annual event, Chelsea in Bloom, will be returning from 22-29 May 2023, coinciding with the renowned Royal Horticultural Society's (RHS) Chelsea Flower Show. Prepare to be amazed as the streets of Chelsea come alive with stunning floral displays, transforming the neighbourhood into a botanical wonderland. Simultaneously, neighbouring Belgravia will also host its own enchanting free flower festival, offering an array of floral delights to explore.

From 22 May 2023, the streets of Chelsea will be transformed into a breathtaking display of fresh flowers, as retailers, restaurants, and hotels compete for coveted awards. This year's theme, 'Flowers on Film,' draws inspiration from iconic movie characters and storylines, promising stunning floral installations that pay homage to the silver screen. Winners will be chosen by an expert panel and announced on 23 May, with the People's Champion Award determined through open voting. Belgravia in Bloom

The theme for this year's Belgravia in Bloom is ‘Into the Wild,’ celebrating the beauty of nature and all its creatures. The partnership with the London Wildlife Trust ensures that biodiversity-boosting flowers are used in the creation. Visitors can engage with the theme by participating in activities such as making "seed bombs" for their gardens at the hedgehog van hosted by the London Wildlife Trust. The collaboration between Belgravia in Bloom and the Trust emphasises the need to protect and appreciate the natural world. By incorporating magnificent floral installations and diverse animal representations, this year's wilderness-themed event invites visitors to celebrate and support the wonders of nature.

Belgravia in Bloom offers a variety of floral-themed events in Belgravia's shops and restaurants. Some highlights include expert icing classes and biscuit making at The Biscuiteers, a specially designed cocktail at The Lanesborough Hotel, an art exhibition at Catherine Best, a sea garden-inspired cake collection at Peggy Porschen, a floral tapas experience at Jo Loves, discounts at Belgravia Books, wild-themed amenities and rangutan adoption opportunities at The Hari, a complimentary book at Judith Blacklock Flower School, a bee-themed terrace at Morena, a floral terrace with Whispering Angel Rose wine at Motcombs, and a pop-up afternoon tea with Nicola Bathie jewellry at Bonadea.
