A One Stop Shop: Volunteering For a Busy Londoner…
If like us, you often wonder how you can give up your time to help others in the city, but perhaps sometimes it slips your mind (we know London life can be very hectic)...Worry not, we have you covered! Here’s a full run-down of some fantastic charities working across London and how to make a great impact with limited time. They say time can be the most valuable thing of all. This week we are looking at charities you can volunteer for offering support to Women and the Elderly
Elderly support
GoodGym
GoodGym is the ultimate community exercise. You can sign up to go and visit an older isolated person or help them with a practical task: the difference...run there! This perfectly brings together getting in shape and helping those who might need a hand.

Women & Girls
The Young Women’s Trust
The Young Women’s Trust supports women ages 18-30, who are struggling financially, on low pay or looking for employment. They build the confidence of young women, advocate for fair financial futures, whilst providing personalised coaching and job application support. Not everyone is given the same opportunities in life; The Young Women’s Trust works to help women overcome obstacles and reach their full potential!
How can I help?
From fundraising to working exclusively with some of the young women, visit their website for more information.
