Marylebone Village is marking International Women’s Day 2025 with an exciting campaign spotlighting female founders and entrepreneurs. As a vibrant hub of independent fashion labels, lifestyle brands, and restaurants, the central London destination is set to host a week of events, in-store activities, and promotions to honour the women who have shaped its thriving retail and hospitality scene. From exclusive shopping experiences to engaging discussions, the campaign aims to celebrate female entrepreneurship while inspiring the next generation of women in business.

Kicking off the celebrations on Monday 3 March, The Marylebone hotel will host an exclusive panel discussion featuring some of the most influential female entrepreneurs in fashion and lifestyle. Moderated by broadcaster and Marylebone Village resident Jo Good, the panel will include Henrietta Rix of RIXO, Marielle Wyse of WYSE London, Jennie Allen of Bayley & Sage, and Stacy Chan of PLATFORM, who will share their journeys, the challenges of building their brands, and insights on success in competitive industries. Adding further expertise to the discussion, Charlotte Collins, Editor-in-Chief of digital fashion and lifestyle publication SheerLuxe, will join as a special guest, offering her perspective as an experienced broadcaster and media commentator in the fashion space. Together, the panel will explore key topics such as gender equality, work-life balance, and career advice for aspiring entrepreneurs, all in line with this year’s International Women’s Day theme: Accelerate Action.

Panel will include Henrietta Rix of RIXO, Marielle Wyse of WYSE London, Jennie Allen of Bayley & Sage, and Stacy Chan of PLATFORM.

Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to network over complimentary drinks and nibbles, courtesy of The Marylebone. In support of women in need, the event will also serve as a fundraiser, encouraging guests to bring donations of toiletries for the Marylebone Project’s Sanctuary, the UK’s only 24/7 women’s-only drop-in centre. This initiative reflects the campaign’s broader mission—not only to celebrate successful female founders but also to give back to the wider community and support vulnerable women.

With high demand expected, tickets for the event are being allocated via a ballot system. Apply for a pair of tickets via the Marylebone Village website via this dedicated link here. Successful applicants will be notified by email on Thursday 27 February 2025.
