#FLODown: Chapati Club
With a focus on home-cooked Indian dishes, Chapati Club is a cosy and delicious eatery located in Acton. The brainchild of Resh Sonchhatla, the restaurant motto is “we believe Indian food can be so natural you can eat it everyday!” and it is most definitely working for us. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, which is enhanced through its simple décor including a wall of graffiti, plywood walls, and wall of travel posters from various locations. Some dishes are served on traditional stain trays which encourages everyone to share and taste.
Expect to find a menu of mouth-watering traditional Indian dishes including chicken biryani, hariyali chicken, okra, paneer and vegetarian staples such as tarka dhal, and of course before you ask, they do serve a delicious naan - perfect in texture and taste. They also serve a range of drinks including the popular traditional yoghurt-based lassi drink.
